The ESCC is open to all lovers of cats. You don’t have to be a breeder to join, in fact you don’t even have to own a cat. An interest in the different cat breeds is all that is required.
The ESCC currently has over 200 members, mainly in the UK but also in the rest of Europe. Although some members do breed, show and/or judge many are simply pet owners who like to have contact with other owners of this delightful animal.
2010 SUBSCRIPTION DUE NOW
As a member, you can add your kitten details to our list which we will distribute to enquiring potential owners. The website will have a breeders list eventually where you can contact the members direct by email website or telephone The breeders will have their own page profile to introduce themselves. We will be looking to display a list of studs owned by our members. We hold an All Breeds Championship Show Pedigree and Household Pets.
The club also has a number of trophies which are awarded annually for the Cat Of The Year (C.O.T.Y.) Our AGM is held in March, This year its was held on the 15th March.
If you are interested in joining the Club an application form can be obtained from the Membership page on our website and sent to Membership Secretary: Mrs Robertshaw
The club’s year runs from January to December so subscription renewals become due on the 1st of January each year.
The ESCC Committee meet regularly through out the year. The Membership Secretary aims to acknowledge membership applications but due to work pressure this is not always possible.
Although the Membership Secretary holds a list of members, many of them are pet owners and not breeders. If you are looking for a kitten please contact the Kitten Registrar: Mrs S Hope
