Tell us a bit about you:
Why did you choose your breed(s)? At the time mum, (Jan) was teaching at a school where they held a pets open day, one of the pets brought in were British Shorthairs owned by Claire Betts the late Breeder/judge, her prefix was Dellswood. She had some kittens so mum decided to go and have a look!

Why/how did you start breeding? When losing our 2 pet british Shorthaired boys we wanted a girl and thought breeding would be an interesting hooby to start off doing.

Why did you choose your prefix? We have a Little Wood , which is really a copse above us which the farmer sadly chopped down and we wished to remember it, we didn't want Littlewood so Littlecopse was chosen.

When were your most memorable occasions as a breeder?

When showing our special Whites, especially Valentine and Sylphide, also when we made up the first Blue Silver Tabby to Champion and Tortie Silver Tabby Champion.

Who were/are the most memorable cats you've had? GC Littlecopse Valentine, GC Littlecopse Silver Sequel and CH Littlecopse Warrior.

What are your hopes for the future of your breed/your breeding programme? We strive to breed Beautiful self cats with fantastic coats and type, as well as improving the boning and type on all of our patterned cats. Plus promoting our fantastic Black and Blue Smokes. While maintaing  a healthy British Shorthair breed.

Is there anything else you'd like to mention?

We are very Proud of our cats, and Duke who has come back to us after 11 years as his owner passed away has done very well, we are showing him in memory of his owner.
