Location: Kent Breed(s): British Shorthair Breeding since: 2003 Tell us a bit about you: I live in Sittingbourne in Kent with my husband three boys and two dogs, and of course all the cats. I breed blues, bluecream, blacks, brown spotties and silver spotties. Why did you choose your breed(s)? Because I like their big chunky faces and lovely temperament. Why/how did you start breeding? Because I had started going to shows got hooked, and wanted to have something I had bred myself to show. Why did you choose your prefix? Because my name is Lorraine, I shorten it to Lorr and added claws as part of a cat

When were your most memorable occasions as a breeder When I won at the Essex show with My blue boy Yogi Bear he was made up to champion and won best of Variety. Who were/are the most memorable cats you've had? Yogi Bear, and Daisy, Yogi because he is a gentle giant, and Daisy because she has the most stunning eye colour and very ...soppy. What are your hopes for the future of your breed/your breeding programme? I am hoping to breed Lilac's next year. I have my first liac girl, from Daisy.
